Made to order : We don't keep this piece in stock, but we begin production as soon as we receive your order. This approach prevents overproduction and ensures that each piece is made to your exact measurements, avoiding unnecessary adjustments.

Please note : We use primarily natural gemstones, and each piece in our collection is handcrafted in-house. As a result, no two pieces on our workbench are alike. The colors of the gemstones and inclusions may vary slightly, as may small details in the design itself, giving each piece a unique character.

Manufacturing time : Approximately 3-7 business days

Delivery : Choose between insured delivery (3 working days in the Netherlands) or collection from the studio at checkout.

Free sizing : All our jewelry includes one free sizing adjustment. While most styles can be resized, we will exchange the piece for another in the correct size if resizing is not possible.

Free cleaning service : To keep your jewelry in excellent condition, we offer a free inspection and cleaning service. We recommend using this service at least once a year. To schedule a repair, please use the repair appointment in our appointment planner.

Using the finest materials and expert craftsmanship, we strive to deliver top-quality jewelry that will last for generations. Of course, we're only human, so mistakes can sometimes happen.

We offer a 5-year warranty : if anything is wrong within this period, we will assess the problem together and find the best solution.
