Delivery
- Free delivery on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
- All jewelry is handmade in our own workshop. Therefore, we have a processing time of 3 to 7 business days for orders placed for jewelry from our collection.
- For orders placed for antique gold jewelry, we have an agreed-upon delivery time. The processing time varies depending on the piece of jewelry.
- We prefer to hand over custom-made jewelry personally in our studio.
Delivery of heirlooms
We value the safe arrival of your valuable jewelry and strive to keep it in our possession for as short a time as possible. Here are some options for returning your old jewelry to us:
- Send the jewelry yourself: ensure it is an insured and registered package
- Use a reliable courier service for extra security and faster delivery
- Schedule a personal appointment in our studio to hand over the jewelry directly and discuss any questions.

Returns
We're confident you'll love our jewelry! If a piece doesn't quite meet your expectations, you can return it. Below are the terms and conditions:
- Free returns
- Returns within 14 days of receipt
- Please contact us if the delivered order does not match your order confirmation.
- If you exchange or adjust the size, the jewelry will be returned free of charge and delivered again free of charge.
- Jewelry must be returned new, unworn, in good condition and in the original packaging.
- Pebble & Palm reserves the right to refuse or reduce refunds if the products do not meet the above requirements and conditions.
